All orders delivered by Maree Meubels. All orders can take up to 3 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Delivery Time Frames and Charges

Our delivery department operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Once orders have been dispatched to the courier shipments should take 2-3 working days. No shipments or deliveries will be done over weekends or holidays.

Should the company experience a high volume of orders, you may experience a delay in shipment of your order.

All shipment delays will be communicated to the customer via email/WhatsApp.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or upon request. Delivery confirmation along with a tracking number will be sent via email once your order is processed and ready to be dispatched to the courier. Maree Meubels (Pty) Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

An agreement of sale between Maree Meubels (Pty) Ltd and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point, all products remain the property of Maree Meubels (Pty) Ltd.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Maree Meubels (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of products and courses sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

Return & Refund

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order or return a damaged or broken product when you receive it, you must inform Maree Meubels (Pty) Ltd rooms within one (1) working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

Maree Meubels (Pty) Ltd will refund the fees paid according to the above cancellation policy. If payment for the order was originally made by credit card, any refund will be made back to the same card. If payment for the order was made by another method, such as cheque or bankers’ draft, a refund will be made by direct bank transfer to a bank account that you elect.

All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact Maree Meubels (Pty) Ltd rooms within one (1) working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.
